This hotel suits me perfectly with its excellent wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and a lovely bar area. On my first stay, the staff recommended a local taxi, which was so helpful. I appreciate the friendly service! I’ll be back for Xmas.

Comfortable room, but bedding wasn't changed during our stay.

The location is fantastic, right on the Royal Mile. The pool was great, perfect for lounging after a long day. Our room had amazing views, and the spa was very relaxing.

The customer service was excellent I mean everyone from the reception to the restaurant staff was genuinely helpful and pleasant and you really felt taken care of while at the hotel another thing was the lovely location right on the Royal Mile made it easy to explore every corner without much hassle

Location in the heart of town makes getting around a breeze, especially on foot. The breakfast spread offers a broad selection of fresh items with enjoyable hot options.

Parking woes loom large, given the tight spots and limited signage that makes the entrance tricky to locate. The bathroom lacked some essentials like washcloths, which might be missed but are mostly absent in the area, and the elevator can test your patience during busy hours. I had some issues with room cleanliness. a leftover tray lingered outside on our floor longer than I'd expect. Heat from the shower was all good, but a few items were overlooked during housekeeping, which fell short of initial expectations. these quirks didn't ruin the experience but were noticeable.

The location was perfect with easy tram access, making it a breeze to explore the city. The staff were friendly, and the breakfast had plenty of options. The gym and pool were great, especially after a long day of sightseeing with our child!

My kids wished the dark corridors were brighter. A little illumination would make walking through the hotel much nicer for families.

I loved being just a few steps from St Giles' Cathedral and under 2 km from the breathtaking Arthur's Seat, which made my weekend explorations effortless and enjoyable. the staff were also incredibly helpful, providing excellent tips on local venues and how best to get around the area easily, making my stay even more delightful.

Had an awesome time! The staff were super friendly and helpful, and my room was really comfy. The mini pastries in the morning were a nice touch, but the heating didn't work well and it got chilly in the room. the location was spot on and I'd definitely recommend this place to others.

Had a fab 2 nights in a superior room. The staff was super friendly, and I loved the balloons & prosecco waiting for me. Breakfast was a treat, lots of options and very hot! Great location—easy walk to the sights.

Perfect choice for a weekend trip in Edinburgh with great value for money. The breakfast had the best omelet I’ve ever tasted. Make sure to ask for gluten-free options if needed.
